Tools of the Trade: Excel Skills Every Litigator Should Know carries 3.0 New York CLE credits, and April classes are now enrolling in New York City.
The first CLE course of its kind, Tools of the Trade takes you step by step through some of the most important Excel features as you wrangle metadata with filters and VLOOKUP, reconcile mismatched lists with COUNTIF, clean up a privilege log, and find and manage duplicates. And more! Workshops are small (maximum 15 participants), interactive, and hands-on. Follow along on your laptop to get the full experience, or just sit back and soak it all in. Then take home a comprehensive set of materials that reproduces everything taught in the class, with screen shots and step-by-step instructions. Tools of the Trade will make you the “guru” of your company, law firm, or public interest organization!
Your instructor is Ben J. Kusmin, the founder of Excel Esquire. He is a former engineer and a seasoned commercial litigator who has worked at several large New York City law firms. He is a veteran of epic privilege log battles, mammoth document reviews, complex redaction projects, dueling accounting experts, and all manner of discovery motion practice. He developed Excel Esquire to give other attorneys the skill and confidence they need to successfully navigate in Excel.
